Website Terms of Use

  1. Acceptance. These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public websites operated by Pawprints On Your Heart LLC (“Pawprints,” “we,” “us”), including but not limited to pawprintsvetsoftware.com, pawprintsvetlogs.com, and pawprintsonyourheart.com (the “Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

  2. Relationship to the Service. The Sites are informational and marketing resources. Use of any Pawprints software platform (the “Service”) is governed by the separate Software as a Service Agreement (“SaaS Agreement”) accepted at signup, not by these Terms.

  3. Informational only; not professional advice. Content on the Sites — including any material describing DEA recordkeeping, controlled-substance compliance, or veterinary practice operations — is provided for general information only and is not legal, regulatory, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance. Nothing on the Sites guarantees compliance with DEA, state board, or any other requirements.

  4. Intellectual property. The Sites and associated text, graphics, logos, trademarks, including the “Pawprints” names and marks, and software are owned by Pawprints and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Sites for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from the Sites without our written permission. You are expressly prohibited from using the Sites or any content from the Sites to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence (AI) models or systems, or otherwise providing the Sites or their content as input to any AI or machine learning technologies, without our prior written consent. If you submit questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding the Sites or Service, you grant Pawprints a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such feedback for any purpose, without compensation or acknowledgment to you. Pawprints is not obligated to treat any feedback as confidential.

  5. Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) use the Sites for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Sites (including via malware, scraping, or denial-of-service); (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) use the Sites to infringe any third party’s rights.

  6. Accounts and signup. If you submit information through a signup or contact form, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Account creation and trials are additionally governed by the SaaS Agreement.

  7. Third-party links. The Sites may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not imply endorsement.

  8. Disclaimer of warranties. THE SITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

  9. Limitation of Liability. The Sites are intended for general informational purposes only. Pawprints does not promise or guarantee that the Sites will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWPRINTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES. Liability arising from the Service is governed by the SaaS Agreement.

  10. Privacy. Information collected through the Sites is handled per our Privacy Notice and Cookie & Tracking Notice .

  11. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “last updated” date will reflect the revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

  13. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pawprints regarding your use of the Sites and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to such subject matter.
