Pawprints On Your Heart LLC (“Pawprints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the public marketing and informational websites located at pawprintsvetsoftware.com, pawprintsvetlogs.com, and pawprintsonyourheart.com (collectively, our “Sites”). This Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your Personal Data (defined below) that we collect:
Through your visits to and use of the Sites;
Through electronic communications with you, including through web forms, contact requests, email, and chat features (your “Communications”); and
Through your engagement with our social media pages, profiles, and accounts on third-party social media platforms (our “Social Media”).
As used in this Notice, “you” and “your” refer to individuals who interact with us through any of the channels described above, including visitors to the Sites, individuals who communicate with us, individuals who create or manage a Pawprints account or are identified as account contacts in connection with a Pawprints veterinary service offering (the “Service”).
Scope of This Notice
This Notice applies to information we collect through the Sites, through your Communications with us, and in our capacity as a controller in connection with account contacts and User registration for the Service. This Notice does not apply to:
Client Data Processed Through the Service. Data that Client practices and their users submit to or generate within the Service, including the application at app.pawprintsvetsoftware.com, is governed exclusively by the data processing terms in the SaaS Agreement accepted at signup—not this Notice. If you are a veterinary practice or an authorized user of the Service with questions about how your patient, client, or practice data is handled within the Service, please refer to your SaaS Agreement.
Third-Party Websites and Platforms. This Notice does not apply to information collected by third parties, including any third-party websites linked from the Sites. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party platforms you visit.
Job Applicant and Employment Data. Information collected from job applicants, employees, contractors, and other personnel is not governed by this Notice.
Nothing in this Notice supersedes the SaaS Agreement or any other signed written agreement between you (or your practice) and Pawprints. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the signed agreement control.
What is “Personal Data”?
As used in this Notice, “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be reasonably linked to you, either directly or when combined with other information. Depending on your location and applicable law, Personal Data may also be referred to as “personal information,” “personally identifiable information” or a similar term.
Personal Data does not include information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, information that is publicly available in government records, or information otherwise excluded from the scope of applicable privacy laws.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
A. Directly from You. We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide when you interact with us, including when you:
Submit information through a contact, inquiry, or demo-request form on the Sites;
Subscribe to our mailing list or blog notifications;

Communicate with us by email, phone or any other channel; or
Create an account through the Sites.
Such information may include your name, email address, phone number, practice name, job title, and the contents of your messages.
B. Automatically Through Technology. When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and general location derived from your IP address. To this end, we may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors engage with the Sites—including which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they navigate. Google Analytics uses cookies and other identifiers to collect information such as your IP address, device information, browser type, and interactions with our pages, and generates aggregated reports on Site activity. Google processes this information on our behalf in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms; you can learn more about how Google collects and processes data at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You may prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
Pawprints does not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere on the Sites. For more information about the technologies we use and your choices, please see our Cookie & Tracking Notice.

We do not sell Personal Data. We use information collected through the Sites only for purposes that are standard and necessary to operate the Sites and communicate with prospective customers, including to:
Respond to your inquiries, contact requests, and demo requests;
Send you marketing communications about the Service, including updates, news, and promotions;
Deliver newsletters or blog updates you have requested;
Operate, maintain, and improve the Sites;
Troubleshoot issues and improve the Sites’ performance;

Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations; and
Protect the rights and property of Pawprints and others.
How We Share Your Information
We share Personal Data only as described below:
Service Providers. We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate and maintain the Sites, including website hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, and security and bot-prevention services. These service providers are authorized to use Personal Data only to provide services to us and are required to protect it appropriately.
Legal Authorities. We may disclose Personal Data if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
Business Transfers. In the event of a proposed or actual merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of Pawprints' business or assets, your information may be transferred to the relevant parties as part of that process. Any such transfer will remain subject to the protections described in this Notice.
Your Authorized Parties. If you ask us to, we may share your information with parties you authorize, such as when you direct us to communicate with your representative.
We do not sell Personal Data to third parties. We do not share Personal Data for advertising or targeted-marketing purposes.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Sites. For a full description of the technologies we use, your choices, and how to opt out, please see our Cookie & Tracking Notice for full details.
How Long We Retain Your Information
We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When Personal Data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Account contact information associated with the Service is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter consistent with our legal and business obligations.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Controls and Choices
We aim to give you control over your Personal Data. You may:
Access and Correct. Request access to, or correction of, Personal Data we hold about you in connection with the Sites.
Delete. Request that we delete Personal Data we hold about you. We may retain some information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security).
Manage Marketing Communications. If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or account-related messages (such as service updates, billing notices, and support communications).
Cookie Preferences. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Sites or the Service from functioning properly. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/ to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits to the Sites. See our Cookie & Tracking Notice for more information on managing cookies and similar technologies.
Opt-Out Signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because we do not sell Personal Data or use it for targeted advertising, these signals will not change how we process your data—but we acknowledge and respect them.
For assistance exercising any of the above rights, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below.
Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Certain U.S. state privacy laws may give residents additional rights regarding how we collect, use, and share their Personal Data. Whether these rights apply to you depends on your state of residence and whether Pawprints meets the applicable legal thresholds. Depending on your state, these rights may include:
The right to know what Personal Data we collect and how we use it;

If you believe any of these rights apply to you and wish to exercise them, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. We will verify your identity as required by applicable law and respond accordingly. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will explain why—and where the law provides for it, you may have the right to appeal our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Data Location
The Sites are operated in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from those in your home jurisdiction. By using the Sites, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
Children’s Privacy
The Sites are operated for veterinary professionals and businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18.
