What This Notice Covers
This Cookie & Tracking Notice (this “Notice”) explains how Pawprints On Your Heart LLC (“Pawprints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our public marketing and informational websites at pawprintsvetsoftware.com, pawprintsvetlogs.com, and pawprintsonyourheart.com (collectively, the “Sites”) and within the Pawprints application at app.pawprintsvetsoftware.com (the “Service”). This Notice is incorporated into and should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which governs our broader data practices.
What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and certain third-party services also use related technologies such as local storage, session tokens, and similar browser-based tools (collectively referred to as “cookies” in this Notice). Some of these are set by us; others are set by third-party services that help us operate the Sites and the Service.
Categories of Technologies We Use
Strictly Necessary. These technologies are required to operate the Sites and the Service—including authentication and session tokens, security measures, and bot and abuse prevention. Because they are essential, they are always on and do not require your consent. Blocking them may prevent the Sites or the Service from functioning properly.
Functional (Preference). We use browser local storage to remember certain preferences, such as display settings and dismissed notices. This information is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties.
Analytics / Performance. Pawprints does not currently use third-party web analytics or site-usage tracking on the Sites or in the Service. For reliability purposes, the Service uses an error-monitoring tool to capture crash and diagnostic information; this tool is used solely to identify and fix technical problems and is not used to profile users or track activity across other sites.
Advertising / Targeting. Pawprints does not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere—on the Sites or in the Service.
Third-Party Technologies
Certain features of the Sites and the Service rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies or use similar technologies on our behalf. These are limited to security, payment processing, and core feature functionality—not analytics or advertising:

Your Choices
Browser Controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Sites or the Service from functioning properly.
No Consent Banner. Because we use only strictly-necessary, security, payment, and core-feature technologies—and do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies—we do not currently present a cookie consent banner.
Opt-Out Signals (Global Privacy Control / “Do Not Sell or Share”). We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because we do not sell Personal Data or use it for targeted advertising, these signals will not change how we process your data—but we acknowledge and respect them. Do Not Track. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals. We treat recognized opt-out signals as described above, which we consider the more meaningful and effective preference mechanism.

We may update this Notice as our technologies or legal obligations change. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
